International Cooperation

Exchanges with foreign cooperatives

  • KFCC joined the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) in April 1994, enabling CC to start exchanges with foreign cooperatives and financial institutions through participating in ICA Global General Meeting and ICA-AP Regional Meeting. In addition, KFCC entered into a mutual interchange agreement with FSCT in Thailand in September 1993. Subsequently, KFCC has carried out exchanges of training programs every year. KFCC also makes efforts designed for improved mutual cooperation with foreign cooperatives by initiating visits of foreign cooperatives and their related organizations to KFCC.

International Development Cooperation

  • CC is a Korean-style cooperative, which has contributed to easing poverty through ideological reform and savings campaigns. KFCC makes efforts to share CC's success story of development with underdeveloped nations.
